We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join our building and house construction company. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in obtaining advice from clients and management to determine the type, style, and size of planned buildings and alterations to existing buildings. You will provide information on designs, materials, and estimated building times, prepare project documentation, integrate structural and aesthetic elements in final designs, and consult with professionals and clients regarding external area designs. Additionally, you will compile and analyze site and community data, prepare reports and plans, and inspect construction work to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtain advice from clients and management to determine the type, style, and size of planned buildings and alterations to existing buildings.
- Provide information regarding designs, materials, and estimated building times, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Prepare project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, integrating structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements in final designs.
- Write specifications and contract documents for use by builders and assist clients in calling tenders for construction projects.
- Consult with professionals and clients to discuss external area designs, costs, and construction requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Compile and analyze site and community data, including geographical and ecological features, landforms, soils, vegetation, site hydrology, visual characteristics, and human-made structures.
- Formulate land use and development recommendations based on data analysis and prepare environmental impact statements when necessary.
- Prepare reports, site plans, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for land development, showcasing the location and details of proposals, including ground modeling, structures, vegetation, and access.
- Inspect construction work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards, addressing any deviations or issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors or masters degree in landscape architecture or a related field. Additional qualifications in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management are beneficial.

Proven experience as a Landscape Architect, preferably within the building and house construction industry.

Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction materials, and project management.

Proficiency in preparing project documentation, including sketches, scale drawings, and specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and collaborate with clients, professionals, and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze site and community data and formulate recommendations.

Familiarity with environmental impact assessment processes and regulations.

Proficiency in preparing reports, site plans, working drawings, and cost estimates for land development.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
