**You will be responsible for**:

- Conceptual Design and Latest Presentation
- Detail Design Development
- Preparation of Submission Documents and liaison with Local Authorities
- Preparation of Tender Documents BQ
- Project Site Management, attend the meeting(s)
- R&D in various topics of Design / Art / Culture / Environment / Master planning / Urban Farming

**Job pre-requisites**:

- Bachelors degree / Higher Diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- 1-3 years working experience in the role
- Experience in assisting or leading development team with technical solution
- Proficient in the computer skill, 3D software Lumion, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
