Discover the vibrant cultural heart of Nelson, filled with art galleries, and stunning natural landscapes for hiking and exploration.

Join us as a Registered Nurse with frontline management experience to lead our Waimea service, which supports high-needs guests and can house up to 16 whai ora. This role is challenging but rewarding, offering the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. As Team Coach, you'll use your risk assessment skills, mental health knowledge, and relationship-building abilities to lead our dedicated kaimahi. You'll guide support workers with your clinical expertise and inspire your team to excel.

You'll also:

- Be part of a leadership team, attend regular meetings and Team Coach professional development session
- Contribute to a National rostered after-hours service on a rotating basis.

**This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, in Nelson.**

**You | Mōu**

You will have;
- Experience in working with and an understanding of trauma-informed care.
- Registered Nurse
- A current full New Zealand driver's licence.
- A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
- Ideally, you'll have knowledge of the Health and Social Services sectors
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
