This role utilises the principles of evidence-based practice to meet the learning needs of new and developing nursing team members. Ko wai he kaitono totika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?) We are looking for a NZ Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate and the skills to provide education and coaching appropriate to the Medical Unit, along with the ability to demonstrate clinical leadership.
