**The Role**

As a Personal Insurance Consultant, you will provide an exceptional customer experience and maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs in relation to Home, Contents and Vehicle insurance.

Commencing in April 2023. Your roster will be locked in over a two-week period with one weekend being completely free The other weekend you will work either a Saturday or a Sunday and one day off during the week. Your 37.5 working hours per week are across Monday to Sunday (anywhere between 8am to 6:30pm in the weekdays, 9am to 6pm on Weekend).

Full comprehensive training is delivered in a virtual classroom as well as onsite. Training is for 14 weeks, and you must be available during this period with no planned leave.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Taking inbound calls from our customers to proactively identify needs and value-add opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service experiences; providing effective query resolution and appropriate solutions
- Coordinating with the Underwriting team to identify best solutions for customers’ personal needs
- Developing and maintaining insurance product and systems technical knowledge; including any risk and compliance requirements

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated passion for customer service and sales
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as unsupervised
- Ability to multitask
- Tech savvy and confident in using multiple screens, systems, and platforms
- Experience in the Insurance and/or Finance industry (desirable not essential)
- Experience in a call centre environment (desirable not essential)
