**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team and play a vital role in managing their financial operations. You need a proven track record in working with ERP systems and a passion for accuracy. This full-time role provides key support across business finance, accounts payable and general administration.

Your role will include:

- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable in our ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**To succeed in this role you will be/have**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
