There will be a requirement to participate in the out of hours roster to provide support, technical diagnostics, and resolution of critical/high priority incidents.

**Mōu | About you**

We have a complex network so a good understanding of networking and how all the components fit together would be valuable. You are proactive and have both the motivation and drive with a strong customer service orientation.

Change control is a key element to this role so if you are able to bring experience in change documentation and are comfortable discussing and presenting this in peer review sessions and District Review Forums, you will thrive in this role.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience with evidence of post tertiary study in relevant areas, or Professional certification in relevant areas.
- Three years' experience within a related technology environment.
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
- The ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
