Fulltime Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

**About the role**
- Lead a team of Customer Service Officers through coaching mentoring
- Monitor team performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture
- Continuously identify areas for improvement
- Develop and embed standard operating procedures
- Monitor team performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Ensure understanding and adherence to policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments
- Deliver effective communication to the team and stakeholders

**About you**
- Experience working in a customer-centric role
- Systems thinking, that can contribute to the development of an overarching customer experience
- Compassionate, collaborative leader
- A dynamic multi tasker
- Effective people coach, with the ability to build engagement across diverse groups
- Appetite for innovation and identifying improvement opportunities
- History of working across teams, and leading the development of new processes and systems across a complex organisation
- Understanding of the requirements of the Official Information Act (OIA) or Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) would be an advantage.
