We base in New Plymouth. We are now looking for multiple experienced front desk staff to join us. This is a full time role with minimum 35 hours per week.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Greets clients and visitors, and responds to all inquiries and requests.

**Tasks Include**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers, and directing them to the appropriate person
- Arranging and recording details of appointments
- Answering inquiries and providing information on the goods, services and activities of the organisation
- Answering, connecting and transferring telephone calls
- Receiving and resolving complaints from clients and the public
- Receiving and distributing correspondence, facsimile messages and deliveries
- Maintaining the reception area
- Advising on and arranging reservations and accommodation
- Take the task for all clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, mail despatch and photocopying
- Minimum one year of relevant working
- Good work attitude and good communication skills
- Strong motivation
- Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
- Quality workmanship and eye for detail
- Strong dedication to health and workplace safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.
- Strong ability to work independently
