Want to be part of a leading Kiwi tech integration business that’s making a big difference to some top Australasian brands?_
- Become an enabler that connects supply chains and helps clients achieve more efficiencies _
- Work directly with clients in a range of fast-paced, high-growth industries_
We’re Crossfire, part of the Kiwi-owned and operated software business, Sandfield. Our managed integration service connects some of Australasia’s top retailers, suppliers and logistics companies together to help them deliver next-level service.
Our business is growing like crazy so we’re looking for more talented [job title] to join our awesome team.
**About us**
Our parent company, Sandfield, has built a formidable reputation for developing innovative software solutions for clients, and has been punching well above its weight, since it opened its doors in 1989.
As a company, we pride ourselves on NOT just being a conventional tech company. In fact, we like to push the boundaries of what’s possible in everything we do.
Crossfire’s genius-zone is in helping create a seamless flow of data right across the supply chain. We love kicking antiquated, manual, paper-based processes to touch for clients
We get to work with some pretty cool clients of all sizes and industries from beloved food brands like Oob Organics, Honest Brew Beer, Raglan Coconut Yogurt to multi-billion dollar companies like Mainfreight and Foodstuffs.
So what sets us apart from others in the industry? We come at a problem from all angles. Our team uses business smarts to understand the real challenges and then we put our technical expertise to work to create the right solution.
We also pride ourselves on our personal approach. At Crossfire, there’s no backroom...only a front room where you get to deal directly with clients, help create great outcomes for their business and have lots of fun with the team along the way.
Sound like you...then read on
**Why work for Crossfire?**
We know it’s a competitive market out there and loads of other companies are also probably trying to ‘woo’ you right now with big numbers and equally big promises.
What we can offer is something a little more special.
Our developers get to deal directly with our clients and we spend just as much time nurturing soft skills, such as communication and business acumen, as we do helping our developers be even more ‘ninja’ at their code.
We guarantee your ‘everyday’ will be interesting, varied, challenging and fun You’ll get to work alongside a range of other smart developers at all levels, who also happen to be really great people too.
They’re mountain bikers, road bikers, skiers, runners, active relaxers, video gamers, animal lovers, movie buffs, gym buffs, foodies, wine critics, bakers and musicians. They’re also family people, single people, party people, quiet people, loud people and happy people.
Our collaborative culture is at the centre of everything we do and it makes it a pretty special place to work. We know this because people also don’t tend to leave - i.e. the average length of service here is at least five years.
We also have a beer fridge, funky offices and ‘fun food Fridays’
But don’t just take our word for it - here’s what our people say about working at Sandfield Working at Sandfield
