**Job Description**:
The role sits within the Customer Care Chapter Area; you will be allocated to a squad, where you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team. You will be joining a cohort of Services Booking Chapter Members, so there is the comradery, knowledge sharing, and learning/development opportunities that comes hand in hand with joining the team.

As a retailer we operate 7 days a week. **This role will involve working 40 hours a week across 5 days, including one weekend day.**

Our hours are **between 8:00am and 6:00pm.**

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a thoroughly customer-focused individual who is truly passionate about ensuring we keep the customer at the centre of everything we do. Thorough, strong eye for detail, top notch critical and problem solving skills - this describes you down to a t. Success will be summed up with your ability to execute all of the above duties by being a helpful and trusted advisor to key stakeholders such as our Service Solutions Specialists and our valued customers. Living and breathing attributes such as collaboration and a growth mindset will come naturally to you, along with thriving in a busy ever-changing environment.
