The strength of ArchiPro is our People. We have a strong emphasis on team culture and have brought together a group of like minded individuals who as well as working hard to create a world class platform, have fun along the way. We are agile, we work at pace and we embrace change. The long term potential with ArchiPro is exponential.

**About the Position**

As **Product Optimisation Coordinator** you will be the driving force behind supporting and delivering product insights, conceptualising product features to enhance platform stickiness and engagement, and creating split tests to influence and optimise onsite behaviour.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work within the Growth & Engagement Squad, a cross-functional team of six whose skill sets encompass design, engineering, business analysis and quality assurance.

ArchiPro's value is in connecting clients and customers through inspirational, high-quality content. A key requirement of this role will be focused on how we optimise and encourage greater this connection through platform features.

With a balance between left and right brain thinking, this role would suit a generalist, someone with experience and a broad interest in Product Ownership, Data Analytics and UX Design. You'll be comfortable operating autonomously, imagining the product as if your own and finding opportunities on the platform that can be questioned, queried and crafted to create a better experience for our users.

With a creative and analytical mindset, you'll be comfortable taking a data first approach to problem solving, leveraging user insights to remove assumptions and guide decision making as product concepts evolve. Journey mapping is a commonly used skillset to help better understand the problem and opportunities that users are facing, while providing a foundation for team member context.

You'll be comfortable collaborating with squad members to manage and estimate project timelines, balancing work in motion while also thinking ahead to what's next, and keeping a pulse on agile rituals that help support cross-functional confidence and clarity across the squad.

As a key conjugate between multiple parties, strong communication is essential in this role, with information flowing regularly between yourself, platform users, your squad and internal stakeholders. Understanding user pain points and joining dots to find better ways to deliver platform value will be key to succeeding in this role.

**You will**:

- Collaborate and work cross-functionally across the product, product marketing, design and engineering teams to develop engaging platform features
- Act as a key conjugate between the end-users, internal stakeholders and the engagement squad
- Work collaboratively with product team members to plan and maintain the product backlog and quarterly roadmap
- Surface qualitative and quantitative insights to help inform feature strategy
- Conduct deep-dive behavioural analysis into the user journey to help understand opportunities and challenges before solving problems
- Dive into projects which focus on search, personalisation systems (AWS), conversion rate optimisation and customer engagement tools
- Work with the team to set up test and learn experiments that help inform next steps for iterative platform improvement
- Create reporting for all optimisation activities

**Requirements**:

- A passion for improving platform experiences for users
- A minimum of 2 years in a product owner, analyst / optimisation role or UX
- Experience with Google Suite, Productboard, Jira, Miro, and Figma
- Ability to communicate insights with clarity and confidence
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - building key relationships throughout the business
- Diligent work ethic with attention to detail
- Inquisitive and proactive with a resourceful, ‘can do’ attitude
- Consideration for both the commercial and cr
