We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a client focused person to join our friendly, hard-working team. The role is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The position will be located within Middlemore Hospital in our Adult Rehabilitation and Health of Older People service (ARHOP)
- Commonly referred to as AT&R.

Our division provides clinics and services to our predominantly elderly population. Working in the outpatient clinic setting, the main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional administration support within a larger team. Responsibilities include clinic bookings, waitlisting coding of staffing hours, data entry and reception cover.

You will have support from Admin Team Lead and report to the Team Lead and Operations Manager for Health of Older People (HOP). You will need to have an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal and a very friendly and polite manner as you will be interacting with patients and the wider clinical team daily.

The person we are looking will need to be an experienced administrator with great time management, organised and systems savvy and ideally have experience working within a large organisation and with people from diverse backgrounds.

Your keenness and general willingness to help and the attitude that "nothing is too much trouble' will be well received and genuinely appreciated. If you have empathy with people and a desire to serve your community well, this role is varied and rewarding.

- Intermediate MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
