Eligibility Assessment Administrator

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
This is a **8 month, fixed-term**, **full-time**, **parental leave** opportunity for an **Eligibility Assessment Administrator** to join our team based at our** North Shore Hospital Office. **Your function will be to identify Non-Resident patients attending Auckland Public hospitals within the Auckland Metro region, complete data and prepare data for invoicing.
- Identify and confirm DHB patient eligibility status for public funded healthcare interfacing with external Government departments
- Update hospital patient data systems with eligibility documentation and information as required
- Accurately collate costs and prepare Invoicing templates
- Ensure agreed upon service level agreement requirements are met
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with DHB’s to encourage collaborative working
- Be open to the introduction of new ideas and initiatives to improve business outcomes
- Maintain strong relationships with the finance team to ensure effective end to end deliverables
- Effectively manage your time, prioritising tasks as needed

You come from a customer service / admin support background with 1-2 years under your belt. You are comfortable working automonsly as well as in a team environment and you thrive in busy roles. With your New Zealand working rights you enjoy working in a multicultural setting.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience using Microsoft Suite including Excel and Outlook
- Strong relationship building skills
