The People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team is responsible for providing the full range of human resources advisory, talent acquisition and learning and development services to all divisions and teams across all offices of KPMG New Zealand. **The opportunity**:

- This role will have responsibility for the administration and management of KPMG’s learning programmes - from induction, leadership courses and other specific training - you'll be across all of our internal and external learning solutions

**Day to day you will**:

- Provide full end to end logistics of all learning programmes including classroom, virtual and external
- Be a super user of the internal learning system, GLMS and train other administrators on it's functionalities
- Answer L&D related queries from the business
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D systems and processes
- Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure strategies relating to learning deliverables are met

**What you'll bring to our team**:

- Previous experience in an administration role within a corporate environment
- Previous experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageous
- Ability to multi-task plus strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
- Collaborative approach and ability to demonstrate confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve with a solution focus
- A good sense of humour - we enjoy having a laugh with each other
- Be a self-starter with a high level of energy, drive, personal resilience and motivation
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and client relationship management skills
