We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Coordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis based from our NZ Head Office on the North Shore
L&D is a rewarding part of HR where you'll play a key role in supporting our employees as they grow and develop their careers.
What You'll Be Doing As the go-to person for all things L&D, you'll build strong relationships to gain a deep understanding of workforce training and compliance needs.
You'll use this knowledge to effectively coordinate training initiatives, ensuring they align with business requirements and drive meaningful development across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing L&D Support Across the Business – Assisting managers and teams with training queries, generating reports, and coordinating internal and external training programs that contribute to the development of a high-performing workforce.Coordinating Training & Development – Overseeing training administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the seamless delivery of learning programs that align with organisational goals.Supporting Onboarding & Inductions – Supporting managers with onboarding processes and resources for their new staff members.Managing Training Tools & Systems – Ensuring training materials, platforms (including Promapp & SharePoint), and resources are consistently updated, easily accessible, and responsive to the needs of the business.Tracking Compliance & Reporting – Overseeing compliance training, managing certificates, and supporting Health & Safety training initiatives to ensure regulatory requirements are met across the organisation.Working Collaboratively with Managers – Working closely with internal experts to design and develop training processes for operational roles, ensuring they are practical, effective, up-to-date and aligned with business needs.Driving Process Improvement – Continuously reviewing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting efficiencies to ensure our L&D practices are always best-in-class.Please note that although this role is based at our New Zealand head office, you will report to the Head of Learning and Development, who is based in Australia.
This will require you to work effectively in a remote setting.
Occasional domestic travel may be required, but it will be very minimal. About You This role is perfect for a highly organised administrator looking for a step up or coordinator with a keen interest in Learning and Development or has previous exposure to HR.
