We're also dedicated to developing and sharing technical innovation and sustainable practices.

Overall, you can expect to get involved with projects that will require you to:

- Produce detailed technical design solutions to well-defined engineering problems, to budget and project program
- Develop your understanding and experience in decision-making on and management of well-defined engineering activities
- Assist with developing client briefs into concise and relevant project documentation
- Assist senior staff with the analysis of information, production of design/drafting documentation, tenders, and proposals

Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary component will be in the region of NZ$75,000.00 - NZ$95,000.00, depending on skills and experience. The role is full time and permanent, with minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours a week.

**About you**

You love to learn, share knowledge and can bring a fresh perspective. You are a qualified Structural Engineer with at least two to three years of relevant post-qualification work experience. You will be motivated to achieve chartered engineer status within the next couple of years and we will support you in doing this. How you work is also important to us - we will value your enthusiasm and motivation to continue to learn from your peers and more senior members of the team. You will also be working towards (or have already secured) professional certification/registration with the relevant industry body.
