**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The primary focus of this role is to:

- work with P&C to offer an effective in-house career coaching facility for leaders and employees that require the services of the Change function
- work with leaders, P&C colleagues and kaimahi to understand career options and pathways available in Te Whatu Ora
- provide career coaching services to employees in need either to redeploy or exit the employment of Te Whatu Ora
- develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment organisations, particularly in the health sector.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience (in the range of 8+ years) as a career coach working with a breadth of ethnicities and diverse needs.
- Analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities, problem solve, and meet deadlines while preserving high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Advanced communicator - has strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
- Advanced interpersonal relationship management skills.
