**The Role**

The role of Accounts Clerk will predominantly focus on AP, AR, and banking reconciliation. You will report to the Financial Accountant and be responsible for the following.
- Complete bank reconciliations daily
- Set up new suppliers and maintain as required in Xero.
- Enter AP invoices and process payments as required, local and foreign currency.
- Collate data for payroll.
- Complete debtor receipting and offset payments.
- Investigate any discrepancies on the Accounts Receivable, ensuring any incomplete information is rectified.
- Tax / IRD: GST returns, provisional tax, FBT.
- Ensure AR statements are sent to customers on a regular basis.
- Perform any credit control on outstanding debtors.

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong and effective communication
- Xero a preference
- A can do attitude

The company has offered up to 2 days WFH once fully trained.
