**The role**:
Working with the site training teams you will play a key supporting role in the successful preparation, coordination, and delivery of employee training for the business. You will assist the team to help prepare training material and help deliver hands-on training support to the business. As a result, you will get to work with a wide range of people across the business from the ground floor right through to senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the training team to develop employee training material.
- Organise people, session times, materials and record keeping.
- Travel to work sites across NZ to assist in and report on the effectiveness of the training.
- Ensure all training materials, documents, and modules are completed and passed on.
- Assist with the delivery of training, ensuring employees are trained to the required standards for their role.
- Assist site trainers with record collection and general documentation.

**Required experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to relate to a wide variety of people.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of digital literacy essential, proficient with the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previously experience across training, teaching or mentoring would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel at short notice and be away from home for periods is essential.
