The opportunity
- Our Product Development teams are the critical engine of our organisation as an innovator of luxury premium appliances. They provide best in class engineering expertise through all aspects of the product life cycle from concept to production. Working collaboratively with our Chief Engineers, Procurement and our Manufacturing sites around the world to provide core knowledge for our product, this is the opportunity to be part of something special.

Due to an internal move, this leadership position is now available. You will be looking after one of our expert Refrigeration teams, Structures Integrated. Through leading and coaching a team of experienced engineers you will ensure the Structures Integrated team delivers robust, thermally efficient structural solutions to the next generation of F&P Refrigeration appliances.

Our ideal applicant
- To be successful in this role, we are looking for an experienced design engineer and leader with proven coaching and mentoring skills. The team has a wide range of responsibilities in all aspects of our projects; you will have excellent problem-solving insight and an appreciation for good planning and systems. Previous relevant product development knowledge will be a clear advantage in order to hit the ground running.

Using your experience, in combination with our various training support, you enjoy building and sustaining high performing teams while maintaining a clear focus on results and delivery.

Some of the key aspects of this role include:
- Working jointly with other Team Leaders and Chief Engineers to plan and deliver the premium product to satisfy our vision and customers' interests-
- Coaching and mentoring your team to help them thrive-
- Working with team members to ensure clear objectives are set and achieved to deliver to projects-
- Leading the development and capture of reusable process knowledge-
- Working as part of the Product Development leadership team to improve our tools, processes and methods.What’s on offer
