**About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi**
- Fonterra’s Business Solutions Chapter is looking for a Functional Consultant to step into a 12-month parental leave cover.
- Reporting to the Design Practice Lead, you will be responsible for supporting business projects, enhancements, documenting high-level designs, functional specifications, investigating solutions, performing configuration and testing. You will work closely with members of the Business Solutions Chapter and supporting partners, to develop robust solutions that deliver significant business value.
- This role requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors and the ability to align it with business processes. You will provide both system and business support to ensure that all implementations effectively meet the needs of customers, the business and IT outcomes.Your expertise will be critical in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all projects.

- You bring functional expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and integrating HR systems like e-HR and Kronos. With a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale Agile and Waterfall projects, you effectively liaise between senior business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Your strength is in problem-solving and analysing complex business issues, always keeping the customer at the centre of your approach.
