**About the role**
We're embarking on an exciting and significant growth strategy and have a brand-new opportunity for a **Property Coordinator** to join the property team based in Auckland.
Part of the shared services team, we manage multiple sites (leased and owned) across Aotearoa and will be project managing new builds and sites over the next few years.
As the Property Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Property Team, providing administrative support and coordination across our team in the provision of property services which support business needs across our property portfolios.
**Your contribution to the team will include**
- Facilities and asset management
- Maintenance coordination
- Budget preparation and OPEX management
- Project administration and document preparation
- Ensuring Sime Darby group procurement and policy compliances are followed
**About you**
You'll bring proven administrative experience ideally in property management, real estate, or a related field. Your solutions focused approach and collaborative style will stand you in good stead in dealing with multiple stakeholders. You will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to flex to meet new or changing priorities. Key to your success will be your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise. Comfortable with numbers and Microsoft Office, you'll be able to manage and maintain a job request database and provide accurate reporting.
