Our Grocery Department is currently seeking two Supervisors to join our busy team.

Position 1: Day Supervisor - 6:30am to 3:00pm _(Days to be discussed)_

Position 2: Night Supervisor - 2:00pm to 11:00pm _(Tuesday to Saturday)_
- Previous experience in a supermarket is preferred, with solid leadership capabilities.
- The ability to lead and drive a team to the end of each shift, with clear communication, and direction.
- A hands-on role, where you will muck in and support the team for all tasks required, but also have the ability to step back and provide direction and support to the department.
- Strong Customer Service skills, remembering to bring everything back to the customer.
- Able to lift up to 20kgs, and able to go up and down ladders.

A strong and clear understanding of workplace Health & Safety, and the ability to follow requirements of this within the store, and to also adhere to and understand Food Safety & Compliance is extremely important in this role, and to be able to communicate clearly, any issues that arise.
