**About the Job**
You will contribute to the products team through assisting ODM operations such as supporting the ODM Product Lead, which can include coordinating samples and ODM partners, specification creation, lifecycle management and ODM project management.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ad hoc support to the ODM Product Lead
- Coordinating sample requests on the ODM product line
- POC for global sales for any ODM queries
- Creating and maintaining product specifications
- Researching and understanding market trends and/or customer needs
- Analysing product performance and sales success to monitor and support the product life-cycle phases
- Working closely with R&D in technology assessments
- Raising ODM products waivers as required
- Working with quality department to ensure ODM products meet Rakon’s quality
- Attending RMA meetings as required
- Assisting the product lead in maintaining relationship with ODM suppliers
- Working with Marketing Communications to create and update product-orientated sales tools such as presentations, pricing sheets, etc.

**Key Competencies**:

- Be proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills (practical understanding of financial, and marketing measures)
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work on multiple projects
- Comfortable with analysing problems and making action plans independently
- Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills (ability to speak in other languages is a big plus)
- Basic project management skills
- Understand how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations and the impact to schedule

**Desired experience**:

- Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or the equivalent in experience
- Electronics or component engineering experience

**Education**:

- A graduate diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering/science or business.
