Yes there will be targets and deadlines, but working with a wide range of staff and customers ensure no 2 days will be the same and will always be filled with fun and challenges.

Skills & Experience

This role combines administrative support with operational coordination.

Your key tasks will be:

- Creating admin processes to track and manage vehicle deliveries- Making sure all paperwork is accurate and accessible- Creating/maintaining reports for review on a daily basis- Tracking/forecasting arrivals- Managing arrivals/accessories/delivery with salespeople/F&I/Suppliers- Co-ordinating outworker fitments as required- Tracking Demos - stock takes, loan agreements, fitments, listings- Meeting targets- Assisting with Vehicle movements
