Ecommerce Co-ordinator

Bendon Group is seeking an eCommerce CoOrdinator to join our Auckland support office in Airport Oaks

As part of the Marketing & digital team, you will play a pivotal role in both **maintaining** and enhancing the digital storefront presence of Bendon**. Working in collaboration with our eCommerce Trading Manager and the marketing department to deliver seamless user experience whilst bringing your own experience to drive sales conversion through effective content management.

You will come from a digitally strong background, having worked within the ecommerce environment and having expertise in Google Analytics as well as a keen interest in the emerging trends and how they can be implemented within the Bendon group.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ownership of product listings, inventory status and the promotional offerings across both the Australian and New Zealand Bendon domains
- Work with Sales, Merchandising and Digital Design team to develop and deliver compelling visual assets and content to support marketing strategies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate online representation, utilizing Search Spring for the daily management of content for optimal online merchandising
- Champion the continuous improvement and maintenance of the Shopify platform to introduce, test and evaluate new site features to maximise user experience
- Innovate with fashion and product storytelling to stay at the forefront of the industry

What we are seeking in an eCommerce Coordinator?
- At least one years' experience as an eCommerce Assistant or CoOrdinator
- Proficiency in managing Shopify as a platform and its plugins
- Experience within an apparel retail environment is preferred to really understand our consumer
- Strong analytical mindset, with ability to use Google Analytics and its functions to deliver insight
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a focus on results and deadlines
