Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are responsible for managing excellent service performance for your allocated accounts and assisting the rest of the team to support this. This includes operational, financial and client relationship responsibilities.
You will monitor the service performance in your client portfolio, ensure the contracted deliverables are being delivered successfully, and manage the cycle of invoicing and reporting and support clients in their consumption of Capgemini services.
You will liaise effectively with the rest of our national business in support of excellent client service experience. You will be an effective part of the service delivery management function, taking ownership of service success and challenges in your portfolio.

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services practice brings together the right technology, processes, and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.
Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.
**Let’s talk about your capability and experience**
- 2 to 3 years service delivery, service coordination or ITIL focused process experience within a vendor / client environment.
- Experience in financial or IT operational administration desired.
- Proven communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Proven capability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- ITIL awareness and/or qualification preferred.
- High attention to accuracy and detail.
- Relevant tertiary level diploma or degree such as: software engineering, computer science, mathematics or engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Relevant Microsoft certifications.
