**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role will initially be based in our in-house agency, The Studio, partnering with senior team members to design web and mobile interfaces while helping to maintain and evolve our design systems.
**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will have proven technical UI Design capabilities and an ability to foster strong relationships and have a real impact in the team, bringing your strong communication and collaborative abilities. You will see the big picture and partner across multi functions.
Contributing to our overall goal of achieving a single, seamless service across all of our touchpoints, you will:
- Help lead UI design thinking for our digital experiences
- Champion the customer and be their voice, ensuring research and insights are applied to design thinking at every iteration
- Deliver crafted UI designs for complex projects across a range of touchpoints, taking a mobile-first and customer-centred approach
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, Developers, QA team and marketing specialists, working as part of an agile squad to bring the solution to life
- Communicate the rationale behind design decisions to the broader team and stakeholders and integrate feedback
