VTNZ Support Office in the heart of Wellington CBD is looking for a HR Advisor - Recruitment to join the People and Culture team. This is a
**12-month fixed-term** contract to cover parental leave. Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will work alongside a team of talented HR Advisors to assist you to step up your skillset to become a valued Advisor to the business in the recruitment space.

We offer a supportive environment with on-the-job training that will enable you to grow your skills. You could be an HR Administrator or Coordinator looking to step up with an interest in recruitment or you could be an experienced internal recruiter ready to hit the ground running - both are encouraged to apply
- Solid prior administration experience ideally with exposure to end-to-end internal recruitment
- Relevant HR qualification (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up and learn new systems with ease (experience with JobAdder or another ATS would be a plus)
- The ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills and above all be a team player
