Training Induction Officer

ANZCO Foods Canterbury have an opportunity for a Training Induction Officer to join the team. The purpose of this position is to support the Training Co-ordinator with a systematic approach to maintain NZITO training requirements and provide a consistent approach in delivering departmental inductions and training. Reporting to the Training Co-ordinator this full time permanent position will suit someone who is passionate about training. Having industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary.

**Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring a consistence approach on how departmental inductions are delivered.
- Deliver departmental inductions when H&S rep is not available.
- Coach and train Health and Safety Reps in all departments on how to deliver departmental inductions.
- Audit departmental inductions
- Ensure all departmental records are stored and maintained appropriately.
- Ensure all new starters are taken through the 30-day questionnaire to ensure workers understand their role.
- Provide training and support to local and migrant workforce to achieve NZITO standards.
