4 May 2024Support the running and functionality of a beautiful Home and Hospital located in Central Auckland.

You will be reporting to the Senior Maintenance Officer and/or General Manager, as you carry out the role of an experienced Maintenance Officer. Playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal by performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks.

This is a part time position looking to maintain the facility 3 or 4 half days a week.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and functional environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance in maintenance work.
- Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
