We have an Engagement Advisor vacancy and are looking for a part-time person (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours) to join our Engagement Team at Akoranga (North Campus Library, 2 days per week) and Waihoroitu (City Campus Library, 1 day per week).

Te Mātāpuna Library and Learning Services is a busy, vibrant environment that provides access to study spaces and physical and virtual scholarly resources for students and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- A high level of proficiency in the use of information technology, especially MS Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Be eligible to work in New Zealand

This position requires flexible working arrangements across the full span of the Library's opening hours and will include two evening shifts at North Campus and one day shift at City Campus.

**Salary Range**: $51,502 - $57,993 (pro-rata)
