Ventia is seeking a Stakeholder and Communications Manager to join their team based in Henderson.

**THE TEAM**
The Stakeholder and Communications Manager will be supporting a well-established and experienced team of Transport Infrastructure experts in the Maintenance and Construction sectors.

Boasting a good mixture of both local and international experience, we support each other, provide opportunities for development and promotion and have ambitions to continually grow our business in the coming years.

**THE JOB**
A lot of our work is very visible to the public so the core function of this role is engaging with the community and ensuring both the public and our clients are well informed of all the projects that are being undertaken by our team.

This involves looking after the CRM system, responding to queries, and liaising with community groups, and businesses.

**Other responsibilities include**
- Stakeholder weekly and monthly reports
- Content writing, particularly good news stories to be shared on various internal and external social media sites
- Leading internal communication such as toolboxes, team engagement activities, etc.

**YOU**

**Advantageous Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a stakeholder management or communications role
- Communications, media or marketing qualifications is an advantage but not essential
- Business development or marketing experience - or demonstrated ability to influence
- Experience from the construction, infrastructure or utilities industries is preferable but not a requirement
- Exceptional communication skills - in person, on the phone, in writing
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
