We are recruiting Farm Managers with experience in running a dairy farm based on an outside system in Ireland.

The role will require you to lead the team of staff to create a positive high performing culture and drive productivity. You will be set up with clear farm targets and given full support from the Management Team

This role is suited to a self
- motivated team player who can communicate well both up and down the management chain. A competitive remuneration package is offered for the successful applicant.

Responsibilities include:
Training and mentoring the team
Environmental monitoring
Grassland Management
Pasture Management
Keeping all animal records and compliance up to date
Heard health, Reproduction, and wellbeing.
Management reporting
Upkeep of farm and general maintenance

If you have strong management skills, enjoy working with alongside your team, don’t mind rolling up your sleeves up and getting stuck in, then this is the job for you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $1,800,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
