**About the team**:
**MyXero Ghostbusters (MXGB**) is one of two enablement teams in the **Direct Growth** portfolio. We help empower Xero product and engineering teams to deliver customer value by providing and evolving a suite of services based around the MyXero database. The team are supporting various onboarding initiatives while strategically modernising the platform.

We're looking for an **Engineering Team Lead** to support the MyXero Ghostbusters team

**About the role**:

- Engage, understand, collaborate, and communicate effectively with peers and teams across Xero to drive continuous improvement towards Xero’s sustainably excellent engineering vision.
- Lead your team of NZ based engineers to successfully identify, scope, manage, and complete high quality work which delivers measurable improvements to production systems in a timely manner.
- Build cross-team relationships for win-win outcomes
- Foster team growth through feedback, coaching, and opportunities for advancement
- Analyse system health and make regular system health reviews
- Support engineers during incidents and facilitate post incident reviews
- Build cross-team relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
