Leading and motivating a team of sales reps to achieve revenue targets whilst growing and cross selling to both private clients. Your ability to seek new opportunities and keep your eye on the ball of current sales activities will set you apart.

**Duties**
- Managing a sales rep team that sell a diverse range of products and services to residential customers.
- Your supporting sales reps and closing your own sales in the field.
- Management of the complete sales process including closing sales
- Developing and managing key internal and external relationships
