Type: Full Time, Permanent, minimum 30 hours per week

Pay & Benefits: $30 to $35 per hour, depending upon skills and experience.

We are looking for a marketing superstar who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to grow our business to the next level.

You would be responsible for overall business development and sales. You would be identifying market opportunities and advising us on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for commercial pricing and promoting us as a leader in commercial referigeration industry. You would be expected to achieve the growth in the business by perform following duties:

- Developing sales and promotion strategies to attract new business and maximize profit
- Developing and maintaining policies to implement these strategies
- Conducting marketing and promotional activities to increase the sales
- Determining additionally, needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales and studying trends
- Conducing market research and research customer behavior for introductions of new product and launches
- Developing marketing and advertising policies and strategies to increase business efficiency and profits
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained at all times for a continuous supply and sufficient staffing is maintained to be able to deliver the service to our customers promptly.
- Building and enhancing the image of the organization with current and potential customers
- Ensuring that the products and services are being delivered appropriately and on time.
- Ensuring appropriate level of customer service by the field staff
- Developing and implementing feedback systems to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
- Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
- Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites
- Creating, managing and coordinating social media and advertising campaigns
- Creating and nurturing leads attraction models, nurturing leads and maintaining an efficient system of business generation
- Building strong relationships with corporate customers
- Performing any accounts related duties to ensure accounts recievable, payable are promptly managed and clients are promptly invoiced for the work done.
- Following the correct procedures at all the time to ensure staff safety and brand perception
- Adhering to the health and safety regulations and ensuring that we are compliant as an organisation
- Ensuring that we are compliant with all relevant legal obligations and labour laws
- Performing any other duties assigned as required within the scope of the role
