**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Assisting in Management of overall operation of the gas station. Controlling expenses and avoiding/minimizing waste. Ensuring operational efficiency.

**Duties include**:
Assisting in sourcing and ordering stock, and managing stock levels and pricing.
Assisting in setting customer service and other business standards and ensuring staff understand and comply with standards accordingly.
Assisting in setting marketing and promotion policies and plans and promoting and advertising the brand and business including goods and services.
Selling goods and services to customers and liaising with customers to understand customer expectations, feedback and requirements.
Manage records of financial transactions including sales records.
Assisting in budgeting to ensure sales and profits are maintained and increased over time.
Managing the staff including controlling selection, training, supervision ad performance reviews.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

**The requirements of the Job are as follows**:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required. On-the-job training will also be provided.
Able to Pass Random Drug tests on duty (If required)
The applicant will be required to work flexible hours (30 to 40 hours a week) between 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week,
Must be ready to work on Public Holidays and Weekends (When required)
Able to work on the either worksite of our G.A.S Station in Otahuhu or Papatoetoe (South Auckland).
Strong Communication Skills with a greeting approach to each customer.
