**More About You**:
You will be a resilient commercially savvy HR generalist with exceptional relationship management skills. Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this exceptional team. You will also demonstrate:

- Experience working with Unions.
- The ability to drive organisational performance and a positive culture.
- A curious nature that looks below the obvious and challenges thinking.
- That you can navigate ambiguity with ease, responding to changing business needs and adjusting accordingly.
- A commitment to collaborating closely with senior leadership as well as people at all levels of the business.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Experience across ER, workforce planning, change management, remuneration and reward and performance management.
- Your commitment to actively supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives across our organisation.

You will work at pace in a busy environment and offer pragmatic guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation, and proactively address arising issues. A focus area of this role will be assisting managers with disciplinary processes and procedures in a busy complex environment.

To complement your HR skills and experience you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field. You must be willing to travel to our branches as required.
