Our **Proactive Projects Team **deals with complex, systemic, or emerging compliance issues. We develop project plans and use an array of interventions - from education campaigns to the mobilisation of enforcement teams - to address the cause of the issue.
Our **Stormwater Compliance Team** is a newly formed small team that works to identify, and address identified vulnerabilities in the overall Auckland stormwater network. This initiative is a blend of reactive and proactive strategies focusing on gaining compliance on private properties and finding solutions to safeguard assets, keep our neighbourhoods from blockages, and minimise potential issues. Our approach aligns with the Building Act, Resource Management Act, the Auckland Unitary Plan and Stormwater Bylaw aiming to mitigate man-made exacerbation of surface water issues.
You will be assessed for both these focus areas. If successful, you will be appointed based on your alignment with the requirements of area.
