**About the role**

As an experienced clinician you will provide expertise, guidance, and best practice to the remote audiology services, and supervision requirements for our New Zealand clinical network. At times you will be required to travel to support our retail clinics through Auckland and Christchurch areas.

You will be a key partner to the Regional Business Managers in New Zealand and will be an expert in remote audiology services. You will have demonstrated execution in both best practice audiology services, adoption of new customer journey pathways (remote services) and have a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.

The opportunity will provide superior supervision to multiple provisional clinicians across the network and will utilise all available resources to deliver an expectational learning experience for provisional clinicians.

The role will continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers through both remote and in clinic services in the network. This includes:

- Utilising remote service technology to support education, coaching, and observation of provisional clinicians
- Utilisiing remote service technology to provide revenue generating audiology services across the clinical network,
- Provide immediate coverage for high revenue work through either in clinic or remote service audiology services
- Ensure documentation and clinical services are delivered to best practice standards

**Ideal Profile**

This will require well-developed influencing skills and an ability to gain buy-in from a broad range of different stakeholders. We are looking for a clinician who can bring a passion for audiology and building a successful clinical team delivering consistently high outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will hold a full membership of a professional body - New Zealand Audiological Society. You will have a driver's licence, and have a proven track record in fitting Hearing Aids; dedication to achieving results and most importantly a desire to make a difference to our customer's lives.

Your strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and interpersonal skills will see you succeed in this role
