Manage a key category portfolio

Reporting to the Category Manager this role is responsible for managing multiple key supplier relationships within the Auckland region. As part of a wider Procurement team for this iconic NZ business you will be driving a focus on customer service and performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing contract lifecycles for the category
- Proactively work closely with delivery partners to ensure SLA’s are met and risks are mitigated
- Lead a team of two
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Contract reviews, negotiation and performance management

About you:

- Be MCIPS or similar qualified
- Have extensive experience in contract negotiations
- Competent relationship builder and articulate communicator
- You put customer service at the forefront
- Financially and analytically strong
- Able to multitask effectively
