About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
This isn’t your ordinary QA, this role is driven by balanced management of operational risk and delivery of good member outcomes.
Your primary focus won’t just be about doing quality assessments across wider business functions. Aside from analysing, reporting and leading the response / action to address incidents and systemic issues, you will also be communicating and collaborating with others to drive continuous improvement and change. Planning, data mining and making decisions effectively to deliver good member outcomes.
About you | Ko Wai Koe
We are looking for someone that has comprehensive understanding of the importance of quality customer service. This is an autonomous role that requires you to find solutions and own them through to implementation You need to be able work in a collaborative nature as our teams are multi-disciplinary. Other key qualities include;- Relevant degree qualification and equivalent industry experience.- A solid understanding of insurance, including underwriting processes, and knowledge of health and / or general insurance.- Has comprehensive experience in performing quality assessments across wider business functions including but not limited to customer care, claims functions, underwriting, Intermediary advisers, QFE advisers, international students, digital transactions etc.- High levels of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
