**About the Role**
Join our growing team as a hardworking HR Coordinator to successfully deliver end to end operational support to all employees across the ANZ organisation and throughout the employee lifecycle. Key priorities are onboarding new employees, facilitating internal movements and supporting new contract mobilisations whilst always ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
The role supports the delivery of on average 10,000 requests per month and oversees complex contract exceptions including the use of 140+ Enterprise Agreements and Awards when drafting employment contracts, working flexibly and adapting to a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a background in HR or experience as an Administrator within a helpdesk or high-volume workload set-up. You will need to be focused, flexible, detail-and oriented, and understand that the People Services team is a vital team and focus points and priorities can change in an instant.
Accuracy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills are key to your success in this role along with the following:
- Computer savvy preferably advanced knowledge of MS Programmes
- Can work effectively in a high-pressure environment & problem solve
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills;
- SAP experience or a similar program is desirable
