**Administrator - Ngaruawahia**

**The Opportunity**

Are you a master of organization and a problem-solving champion? Are you ready to make a significant impact and contribute to a thriving organization? We're seeking a talented and motivated Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ngaruawahia.

This role will be responsible for
- Receiving and answering queries from clients
- Collating data and preparing monthly contract reports
- Preparing monthly claims and account reconciliations
- Attend meetings, recording minutes
- Typing and formatting contract documents
- Maintaining training database
- Manage and maintain contract files
- Assist with training and H&S compliance

**Requirements**:

- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word & outlook) skills
- Have a good level of administration experience
- General invoicing and processing
- Be able to make decisions in a timely manner under tight deadlines & pressure
- Working closely with our supervisors, field staff, subcontractors and clients
- Have exceptional customer service skills including the resolutions of any issues raised
- Be responsible for office-based Health & Safety
- Action orientated - enjoys a challenge and working hard
