**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The Clinical Quality Consultant - Certification works with the support of the Project Manager - Certification to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and produce reporting. This includes monitoring and reporting on the status of corrective actions that the organisation must respond to within defined time frames.

The Clinical Quality Consultant - Certification has a key role to ensure risks and issues are appropriately managed and/or escalated. The role requires the ability to build and create relationships and networks across services and with the relevant auditing agency to influence and engage others.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to the success of this role.
- Knowledge of managing complex projects/programmes
- Health sector experience with clinical background (Nursing or Allied Health Professional with a current APC)
- Ideally have experience as a clinical auditor and/or managing the certification process in a health care environment
- Ideally understand government health policies
- Experience delivering formal written reports and project documentation to a high standard
- Resilient and advanced problem-solving skills
