**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with inspecting, and stocking produce deliveries.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all produce items in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, including display areas and storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and recommendations.
- Rotate stock and remove any expired or damaged products from shelves.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the company.
