**Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical assembly of commercial equipment, including mechanical fitment of sub-assemblies, painted weldments, gearboxes, drive systems, electrical and hydraulic components
- Participate in daily production toolbox meetings
- Participate in a culture on continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality, and efficiency
- Taking ownership and responsibility

Skills Required
- Previous assembly or maintenance of similar commercial equipment
- Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers
- Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
- Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing
- Work efficiently within a small team to maximise
- Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
