Allied Health Team Leader

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
Line management of the Allied Health team within the community base
Operational support aimed at achieving quality client focused healthcare within the locality
Clinical leadership to the Allied Health team to allow them to excel in their roles
Promoting Allied Health clinical delivery that is focused on interdisplinary models and a reablement philosophy

This diverse role will see you developing and promoting the community health services and demonstrating competence in the management of staff and resources. You will have a proven track record of promoting teamwork, service development, and facilitating open communication with staff.

**Essential**:
Allied Health registration and a current APC with a NZ professional Body
Minimum 6 years clinical experience in a similar health setting
Full drivers licence

**Desirable**:
Previous experience in the management of Allied Health professionals
Successful leadership and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Post-graduate qualifications in relevant clinical/health leadership area
